Remain Stress-free with Ayurveda

Stress is what you experience under pressure. The constant race to stay ahead in life and the hectic lifestyle has become one of the most common factors inducing stress. Excess stress also leads to other disorders like allergies, cholesterol, hypertension, and the imbalance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha in the body. Given the lifestyle we lead today, it’s not possible to eliminate stress. However, we can take charge of it with the help of Ayurveda.
